The token is lock when they transferred it to your wallet in order for it to be tradeable you need to upgrade the address to lvl 3 by paying a fee but you wont get to transfer the whole stack instead a small portion of it get unlock everyday or they call it mining

Yes, The first Minereum is better since its fair and square for everyone, Even if only few people manage to register in the genesis address registration. But the upgrade fee makes it harder for bounty farmer to farm this project. If someone can fork this project and launch a fee less minereum version its better for the masses.
