I registered when wager competition started (06-04-2021) because my friend invited me because I like wager wars. I deposited money on the same day and didn't receive money for THREE DAYS and main reason for my registration was to participate in wager competition. My money arrived 3 days later (06-07-2021) so I missed almost 3 days of wagering competition. I had only 2 days to compete with others and of course I lost because they were 3 days ahead of me. UNFAIR if you ask me!

They still didn't managed to proceed my cashout, 4 days later...

Actually, I'm wondering how it is possible that WHOLE TEAM doesn't see pending cashout and problem with deposit and you are the one who see it here on forum and forward issue to the team?

Domingo I have problem with wagering requirement once more.

I activated 20 free spins from summer gift from email promo. I won some money and then I had to wager 5.67m฿ because of wagering requirement x35 and that's OK. But I lost (almost) everything I had on my account. I currently have 0.002 mBTC and I can't make any bets because it's under all minimum bets on every game. And when I open cashout page there is error message

I'm afraid to deposit more money because I will still need to bet to finish wagering requirement even if I lost (almost) all my bonus money?? I say "almost" because I have 0.002mBTC which I cannot bet.

You should disable my wagering requirement because I lost bonus money.
