frankly i want to limit my gambling time....but when i start to do it ,,,then it is actually pretty difficult to stop at that time....even you win or you loose in both conditions it is difficult to stop..i make plans every time that i will not bet i will go only gambling with this amount in that time but not able to follow it
Gambling with time is really a lot harder not everyone can decide when to start and end a bet therefore it is better to practice well with time. If there is a high risk it should be stopped if the time is set the chances of winning are low everything cannot be analyzed in a short time i don't limit my gambling time.
It'd be interesting to see more reasearch on finding flow through Gambling.
not sure if all here are fammiliar with the research on the
State of Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyibut I wouldn't be surprise if the main source of flow for some people who get really addicted to gambling could be gambling itself.
this opens a possibility for researchers to check if having other flow acitvities being it reading, arts or sports could help with gambling addiction or minimizing time to gamble.
of course it's easier to each person to decide what is a healthy amount of gambling in terms of time.
