I am not targeting you, I am just saying that what you provided as evidence is very flimsy. It would be a completely different thing if for example @simantobd wrote in lets' say Croatian (my language), and then after the break he suddenly started writing in Chinese, or vice versa. Then I would agree with you that there is something dodgy going on.

The way you can protect people is if you express those concerns in the thread and warn people to use escrow when dealing with @simantobd or simply leave him neutral rating explaining the issue.
