the match started officially at 1700 and the actual game started at 1714, your bet was 5 minutes and 14 seconds after that.
I dont see the issue here, I know it really sucks esports are very difficult and if you dont have something that says any different what do you expect fairlay to use?
there are hundreds even thousands of match start times and you cannot watch videos to see when they fired the first bullet of each one you have to use the site official start time and if there is an issue with the ruling fairlay is glad to review it and modify it if its incorrect.
sorry about that it really sucks but fairlay is very well known as trustworthy and any issues they try to resolve using Pinnacles rules where they are applicable
https://www.pinnacle.com/en/help/betting-rules#EsportsThe match did not start at the official start time, 17:00 is a bold faced lie. You CAN watch videos and see when the actual match started. It did not start on time and if you add up the numbers my bet was fairly placed. The only thing that really sucks is your and your book's ability to determine when a match started. Fairlay did a horrible job reviewing my appeals, sided with the market maker, and chose to steal my bitcoin from me without cause. Fairlay, while generally trustworthy in the past, is no longer trustworthy in my eyes. They also have a well-documented history of stealing any money (sometimes vast sums in the hundreds of thousands of dollars) they deem to be "dirty." That sounds to me like a site the public should know is clearly unsafe to use.
