Obviously the first two accounts are the same person and it looks like this is a long time scamming ban evader. I hate being lied to, even if it was over a year ago. This person clearly doesn't care about anything.
I wonder what he's plotting when he's trying to spam in a section he can't even read or write himself. An account linked to him is still active, meaning he is still on this forum and making money with it (in bounty campaign), so why is he spamming? It must have some intention 
the fact that the accounts have been linked is so obvious, we have identified it since last year, fortunately now he only uses 1 account to join the bounty
