I understand where you are coming from, u didn't lose anything in terms of the quantity but the possible gain you would have made if you sell it when the price is very high, however, it is not your  fault in the sense that you can predict what will happen to your coin in the next hour.

Since, nobody know the best time to sell so it's really important for you to decide how much profit you want to make, and when that profit is reached you can just remove your capital and leave the rest.

As we know that experience is the best teacher, just learn from your mistakes and move on.
