BNB may be target by SEC soon so we have prepare for this option too
Im not sure this will happen soon. Binance already had binance us that operated in US and that should have already targeted by SEC. it will not give a lot of impact to the price of BNB. The price of BNB will remain the same even the bad news was coming because BNB already making so many expansion to the various countries.
I would not take the SEC threat lightly. And the current allegation is not against the Binance US platform, but against the proper Binance exchange. SEC is alleging that US nationals made use of the relaxed KYC requirements to launder money using Binance. This is similar to the allegation they raised in 2016-17 against the BTC-e exchange. Back then, the BTC-e owners openly challenged the SEC and we all know what happened after that. So I don't want to ignore this issue. Binance management should deal with it carefully.
