Italy looked really strong so far in the two games that they have played. I mean Turkey was considered one of the secret favourites before the tournament and they easily beat them with 3-0 and yesterday they also completely dominated a swiss team that has also very good players and are usually very strong but yesterday against italy they didn't have a chance. Turkey also lost again yesterday against wales and and is now almost certainly out of the tournament which is surprising to me but they are also in a pretty balanced group of where every team except from italy, is pretty much on the same level.
Italy look to be a strong team in 2 matches they have played but Immobile need to score more goals from opportunities he has. He missed a few great opportunities in 2 matches. In big and direct matches, Italy will not have abundant chances to score.
The good thing I see from Italy is they are not depended on any single player and Donnaruma deserves to be ranked in the top goalkeepers. He will have great career in Italy team like Gigi Buffon.
When Daley Blind also had heart problems and got a ICD (Hart starter) and now he still plays at the highest level.
I heardt this morning that Eriksen gets a ICD also so maybe we will see him back at the field but for sure it will take some time.
It is too soon to say about Eriksen and his career. It is time for him and his family to take a rest and recover his health. It is good for him if he can continue his career for a few more seasons but it is not too bad if he has to end it after the Euro.
The most valuable thing is his life, not his career.
