This depends on the buy support.  If the buy support can accommodate your dump then by all means you can sell your token via ETH pair and depending on the exchange you are using and your account status, you can beable to withdraw it to your wallet.  Or else you need to sell your holdings gradually until you have converted all of them to ETH.
