Maybe it would be a good idea to state that the 0.003% has to be multiplied by another factor to get the actual fee. This other factor is the „anonymity set” which is basically the number of participants of the CoinJoin. Wasabi's default anonymity set that it considers as „sufficient to evade low-level blockchain forensics analysis“ is 50. So in this case the total fee would be 0.003% * 50 = 0,15%
