You can be sure that we see all the problems with hashrate, you can be sure that we are doing our best to fix it ASAP and begin the procedure of compensation.

We are experiencing the bug with a part of the hardware which led to the downtime. We are trying to fix it from yesterday and it was almost fixed.

Recently this bug appeared again, so as you can see your hashrate has dropped again.

Please no worries and keep calm, please don't send us a lot of tickets and posts on other communication channels.

That's not our fault that the servers are out of order, and as we said earlier ALL YOUR LOSSES will be compensated and the compensation procedure will start right after we've fixed this bug.
