In my opinion, both Bale and Hazard should leave. Hazard cannot show his best performance since he came to Bernabeu, while Bale often got injured and sit on the bench. If Real Madrid can sell these two players, they can get a quite big amount of money. Then, they can use the money to buy other top players, especially for the attacking line.

Real Madrid already signed Alaba, he can be positioned as CB, replaced Ramos. But it is good if there will be another top CB. Since Real Madrid played in UCL, La Liga, and Copa del Rey, they need more strong defenders, especially for CB. Nacho isn't young anymore, while Militão showed not really good performance in the last season.
