For centralized exchange, I only used high trusted exchange and the most popular one , those are Binance and Huobi. And for the small exchanges, I use it only for sell bounty tokens. I did use LATOKEN a few year ago and everthing is running smothly, but I never been use Cointiger. Just becarefull use Centralized exchanges because they have full control with fund of user.
In general, all small exchanges should always be wary when used because their security is very low and prone to unexplained repairs at times we don't expect, so it would be very good if everyone only used them for a short time such as selling tokens from bounty proceeds.
