Layout design: I think you should improve the frontend of the website, it looks classic and have so many options, enough options to make someone confuse, i was confused much more confused when I visited the website for the first time but I'm still getting the hang of it.
So yes please try to implement a new Front-End design for the website, in terms of Eye-candy.

Customer Support: To be honest till now I didn't felt any need to contact the support so i can't comment on that one.

Performance: After some time the website slows down and lags when i try to switch tabs, In my rig there's 8 Gig of ram so i doubt it's the problem on my side, You should try to make the website as lightweight as possible.

Additional Suggestion: You can redesign the website in React Native or Hire someone from Freelancer, Fiverr or UpWork, Like i said above the website does need some new looks, Sports bet needs it the most.

Deposit/Withdrawal: Like before the Deposit and Withdrawals are working fine for me now, the last 2 withdrawals were processed within 20 minutes and 1 hour, Coming to deposits, the Balance is credited within 20 minutes after enough confirmations on the transactions are done, I don't think there are any bugs in the Payment System.
