What I thought could brought up this question is that most likely the thread creator had an account on cryptotalk.org, the forum is a Russian forum while English board posters on the forum were not paid again while Russian board poster's payment were doubled. Some of them would have registered here while not paid again on the forum. Yobit is the exchange used for payment on cryptotalk, likely he thinks it is like that on this forum that a certain exchange or custodial wallet will be used for payment, not knowing this forum is not centralized like that, that individual address (given by campaign participants to campaign managers) are mostly used for payment.
