Bounty managers are looking for merits for the last 90 days I remember applying for one campaign and I have no merit on that period but still got the nod of the manager, bounty managers look on quality posts more than anything else.
It's like when you read a job application. It usually says that the '
ideal' candidate should have these qualities... The emphasis is on ideal. The bounty manager is looking for that type of posters, but if they are not available, they'll have to accept the next best thing. That means lowering the initial requirements.
Also, I am sure that most bounty managers have some sort of shortlist where they put down the names of users they have worked with in the past and they know what to expect from them. If they don't meet all the requirements, they can still get accepted if they offered good services in the past.
