Based from my experience and what I have learned here, it is fine to be casual here. Casual talks to other members that you think is higher than you because they do have a higher rank. Before I always thought that I should think that I am below on what they are here. Above all, respect, follow all the rules of the forum, and ultimately, do not commit plagiarism.
