all bets placed from duplicate accounts are illegal no matter the outcome of the bets right?
So how do you return the deposited funds to those cases? those players don't have any lost bet in their account?
There are cases where a player manages to win unfairly (we won't be listing ways how, obviously), and to withdraw his winnings - would it be legal? no
But if he has a few accounts for some reason, and he don't bet on the same event, don't receive welcome bonus twice and etc. - he won't be having issues.
Meaning that, if a bet wins - you get the winnings, if it lost - the funds remain with a bookmaker. That's how bookmakers operate, nothing special about it.
Did you see those messages from your Roda? he told my transactions would be restored meaning I would have access to my 190mBT. It is clear and I shared you the two screenshots of the conversation.
Why is my account closed? please clarify that
We have already explained why the support might say that. A few times. Here is once again:

Sorry but I still didn't got your truth. YES I have multiple accounts in order to receive 1st deposit bonus multiple times. Yes I had balance and you closed my accounts - I already shared those accounts numbers before.
My point is: YOU said my bets were recalculated - I'm OK so isn't it supposed to receive the deposit amount returned? What am I missing here?
I didn't withdraw more than I deposited so I should be able to. It seems you only voided the winnings and not the lost bets so obviously the account would be 0 balance but that is not fair and not what is written in your Terms and Conditions.
