Winning $20 or even $200 is highly unlikely, so winning it twice is almost impossible. I would say like 98% of Freebitco.in players are not registered on Bitcointalk, at least. I have been playing since the beginning (My user ID is in the low four digits) and I never have won higher than the third level!
