if bitcoin does become a global currency between the world. how would things like loans, renting ourt apartments work? what if somebody doesnt pay back what he’s owed , can they aftually track to verify that he has not paid?
If it will become global world currency, it would be still computed as btc with usd pair to be fair in doing some transactions for rents, loans, etc. As we know bitcoin's price is not stable so we should take considerationd with those pairs to stable coins.
And about that track to verify, of course transactions can be seen through blockchain.
