Are you sure? Did you measure the levels of T- and B- cells in your blood? AFAIK, you are not a young man and with the age the  developing of those cells in the human body decreases dramatically. Unless you are alien from Alpha Centauri this processes  is steadily going in your body. Take care of yourself.
