BNB is one of best altcoin ever. It has many functions while others just " a coin".
It's not about price, but how many BNB coin you accumulate.

your post was made around 2018. and now it's 3 years. maybe if you hold ethereum, I think you have got a big profit now. because ethereum deserves to be an option for long-term hold coins.
Depends from what pair he bought ETH, if he bought ETH with ETH/BTC pair, he still in floating loss right now. If it was ETH/USDT, he already made huge profit. Actually if you invest in almost all crypto since 2018, you already make huge profit now, not only in ETH.
