He's the third richest person in Mexico by the
official funds. Many others may be richer than him and we'll never know.
However, he's a billionaire and at the level you can invest a huge lot and you afford to lose.
Hats off (to him and his advisors) for diversifying into Bitcoin. I guess that the guy knows how to increase his wealth.
IMO, I believe he is one of the whales even we really don't know how much that 10 percent will be valued in BTC or in USD. But anyway my wondering question is why these wealthy people have suddenly become interested in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, usually, they want to invest in real-world businesses but now they have a change of heart I think they have discovered something about the future potential of the crypto industry that's why they are flooding into the crypto industry nowadays.
He most probably doesn't know at the penny, but he knows rough percents. And he doesn't do the investments alone, not at this amounts of money; he has probably a couple of teams of advisors and he just approves this or that at the highest level.
And I think that I've heard his name before too as investor in Bitcoin.
