My best guess is that this project will start in May, if based on the roadmap they presented and have managed to reach 3k+ holders, it's pretty good.
Also, part of their roadmap it seems they managed to finish on their plan.
The liitle thing that missing on the site is their discord link, need to be fixed for their community.
