4th set of winners have been annouced. Suzanne Ward received $1 million, while Sean Horning received the college sponsorship. The fourth week saw a total of 3,428,514 entries for the $1 million prize, and another 150,187 entries from those who are aged 12-17 (they are not allowed to participate in lotteries having cash prizes) for the college sponsorship draw. This was a great move from the governor (Mike DeWine). The lottery not only boosted the vaccination numbers in Ohio, but also created a hype all over the United States and many of the other states announced similar measures, encouraged by the success in Ohio.

Ohio has a good immunization campaign program for the constituents of their country and I can say that they are all a lucky even if they don't win the lottery prize of $1 million because the government services is into the constituents meaning to say that the government really has a good plans for their constituents. But of course those who have had win the lottery prizes and those young ones who have had get their college sponsorship is very lucky to have this kind of opportunity came to their life. How I'd really wish that here in our country the government also prioritizes the constituents concern.

Actually still depends on a certain countries capability when it comes to these kind of supports and initiatives to be done onto their vicinity because not all would really be having that kind of capability since they do lack of funds or something and considering that not all would be having the same in terms of that manner which its really indeed a bit lucky into those countries where they do live where living is a bit advantageous plus having the good governance and minding really off into their citizens condition and priorities in terms of health. This doesnt only give out the chance on making someone millionaire but rather on the concern that they should really take the shot for their own safety.
