From my view, this reason is enough to avoid this casino. They are charging withdrawal fee as well? I couldn't find any information about withdrawal fee. They shows all other coins transaction fee is zero without Uniswap, Shiba INU and Chainlink. They should resolve these things as soon as possible.
Despite my first experience was negative I still believe they will resolve all those issues. Mod and guy from developer team sometimes answer in the site's chat and they seem to be nice.
