I am sure it takes a few days for them to update the tables, check if everything was legit, there isn't any multi-accounting and abuse going on before they credit the free bets. Their terms say you will receive your free bets in up to 4 days.

Dude, I won that freaking free bet on June 17/18 so it is now one week and it looks like they broke that terms, but I don't really care that much about $50 free bet and they can give it to someone else.
