Of cause there is always going to be disagreements between IMF, the world Bank and any Nation when it comes to issues like this relating to Finance because they know this is how Nations break away from the shackles of continuous enslavement they put most of this poor nations through. They would like to have them keep borrowing and owning the IMF/World Bank but El Salvador is breaking that jinx.
