If you considered on a bounty ,both the form are the same.Because in bounty both will pay in a tokens and it same value.
You are right in your point. But I want to add another point. Bitcointalk's altcoin section is better for a bounty hunter. Because very few bounties are launched on the Altcoinstalk forum. On the other hand, all bounties are launched in the Bitcointalk forum.
