The MNE team should look for other ways about the use case of MNEB. Because if they will rely on those users who will upgrade to level 2 or 3 for potential source of income, I don't think this will grow. In time, we will see what will be the worth of mined MNEB tokens. And also, to those who are in doubt about their potential gain about this project, they are not obliged to upgrade to level 2 or 3. It is the user's choice whether he wants to upgrade his account.
