Newbie here.

I know some tokens have reflections as part of their tokenomics, which for holders is good because we get more tokens every transaction, right?
Is high reflection rate always good because that sounds too good to be true.

Same with token burning. If I understand correctly token burning will increase token price, but what's the downside of that?
