Bitcointalk contains everything here, community, full knowledge of the field that you need to research. Of course, encouraging all sources of learning is good, it's just that bitcointalk is really too good to walk and it's almost a part of my life and routine. I knew about the altcointalk scheme a few years ago, but I don't really have any interest in it. although they have new and quite interesting rules.
