I never look at the bear market as a dark time, if you know the market and its history I consider it as a reboot to make a profit again, the market philosophy is always been to buy low and to sell high, buy low in the bear market so you can sell high in the bull run, there's nothing to be afraid of in the bear market, you just have to understand and you will never feel afraid of any the market condition.
