Omo, there are a lot of this in Kano ooo that if you are have been there before you will know. Have you seen a University in Nigeria that admit Masters students up to 300 for just a single course of which many of the students are either there for their second, third or fourth Masters programme? If no, visit Bayero University kano. In terms of infrastructural development they are doing well, in terms of Health they are doing well too, Kano in a Business hubs. They people don't reject money as other state do. But make sure you spend all your "Cash change" in your pocket before you leave Kano if not one will collect it until you return to Kano hahahah.
