I saw program go live in begining 2009. But lets say i was not perfect. And there where an other way to "mine" . Would the protocol be the same you forwarded me in you link?

Another way to mine what? The first block (aka genisis block) was created on January 2009. It was hard-coded not mined btw. All other blocks on the blockchain were mined after that date otherwise we should be talking about another blockchain. Surely, Satoshi's made few experiences and mined few blocks (privately) before releasing the first version of bitcoin core. But, afaik, there are no public copies of what he was working on before that.
