The court has the power to stop this match especially if the lawsuit is supported with documents, Manny should settle this and the possible payment for the damages can be made if Manny still want push this match through. There's a problem like this before with other boxers and they can't do anything about it but to settle it, just like what Tyson experienced before so many lawsuit and that drains all his money.
If they want to stop this match I think Manny would stop his boxing career and finally retired because he is already old you know. I even doubt that he can beat Spence as he beat those last two boxers he fought years ago. I would really want to see this fight happen but this time I will stay neutral as I don't want to cheer on any one of them I only want to see how the currently high-speed boxers will clash inside the ring together.
