The court has the power to stop this match especially if the lawsuit is supported with documents, Manny should settle this and the possible payment for the damages can be made if Manny still want push this match through. There's a problem like this before with other boxers and they can't do anything about it but to settle it, just like what Tyson experienced before so many lawsuit and that drains all his money.
Too bad they are expecting a Spence - Pacquiao because this is more interesting than the Pacquiao - Garcia match, both fights are good match ups, because both Spence and Garcia are champions, between Spence and Garcia, Garcia will be an easy fight, on Errol Spence it will generate a lot of interested and ticket sales is expected to be a sold out.
I have this feeling that the Garcia fight is the one that will push through because $3 million is such huge money, let's see where this leads us only Manny's team can decide who he wants to fight.
If they feel they can generate good amount of money from Pacquiao-Spence fight, I guess they will push thru this match.
Because they can just pay the million-dollar lawsuit. But if not, just do the Pac-Garcia, and then, Spence.
Manny is indeed still a bankable boxer, considering of his age. Young blood wants to be a part of his boxing career.
