All of legit coins in the market have the same chance to rise in the future. You should not generalize it only a few can rise but whole of crypto that can be considered as legit coins have the chance to go up anytime.
I think that you must have changed your view about that.
top 10, top 50, or top 100 can rise in the future. My suggestion for you to take a look at the history in CMC. You can see that from there.
