That was a mistake from my part as i had a couple of drinks    What is the gist of what i said is that the management of Manny Pacquiao has to decide what can be done in this situation and if there is a contract with Garcia and his team is looking to cash in on the situation by asking $3 million then the  Manny Pacquiao team has to decide on dropping this fight and face Garcia or settle him and face Errol Spence and till now we have no idea what their decision is even though Manny Pacquiao took it lightly in a recent interview.
