If this match is pursued and done, I think they can now pursue the Garcia match. 
I wonder if Garcia would still want Manny if Manny will destroy Spence. And if Manny loses in the Spence fight, the interest will also drop in his fight against Garcia, so I think what Garcia's camp is protecting here is the current value, or maybe they are just making news but their case is not really that strong.
Manny has nothing to lose in this fight and win or lose against Spence, the interest of Garcia to fight Manny will not drop as it will always be a money-fight regardless of the outcome of the Spence fight.
I wonder if Manny could still focus on his training with this recent spat with the President of the Philippines. This recent issue had an effect on his popularity as a politician and also a little bit as a boxer as the focus will not be the same when he has nothing to worry about back in his homeland.
who do have some service on his country land and at the same time he hadnt give up his boxing career. Even if he do lose up this fight then i dont see much on effect and this might be the reason too that he would really take some retirement and for spence if he would able to beat up Manny on this fight then for sure that would be adding more popularity and of course some boost up in fame.
When it comes to money talks then this is business as usual and its none of our business on how much they do make on this upcoming fight.
Wonder if this Pacquiao-Spence Jr will indeed push thru despite of the ongoing lawsuit of Pacquiao.
Either way, Pacquiao doesn't need this fight anymore. He should be retiring for good.
Only these new bloods are very eager to fight with him, for the popularity that they can gain and not mentioning the purse they will get.
They are just happy to be matched with Pacquiao. So people and these promoters are still chasing him.
Well the lawsuit is asking for the injunction of the fight, meaning not push through, but to stop it totally. As for if Pacquiao needed this fight, obviously he wanted to fight more, for money and glory. Just like in any other sports if you are in the top for many years, there could be young bloods looking to beat you, like what Garcia and Spence wanted to do here.
And as per update from Pacquiao and his management, they are going to file a countersuit, so let's see how it goes. There are so many distractions in Manny right now, including his politics.
