i have poked them on facebook, they apologized and told me that there was change in video verification script. i have done verification again, but it has been a week since and still nothing. i will update this thread when something new happens.
so... i`ve received a message that "verification went bad again" and that they are returning money. they did as they said, whole process from deposit to return took 56 days
so no way for me to buy eurs from them...
