Worldcoin (WDC) has been around since 2013.  Since then, many have tried to use / steal / buy our name / ticker. Worldcoin is decentralized and not for sale. Worldcoin is an original pure P.O.W coin forked from litecoin which is actively mined.

As much as we love the publicity we wouldn't want people investing in Worldcoin for the wrong reasons. We did not raise $25 million, it was someone else using our name.

Our strong community continues to move forward in developing Worldcoin to be the global currency of the future. There have been no discussions of giving away any Worldcoin for retina scans.
