So your IDO is back with $20,000,000 USD by a 7 month old company? with less than 10 employee? Not too appealing we need more proofs  but in all honesty you dont need to do all that formality just to sell your token, If you really have a good product then insured or not it will get sold to investors. But it looks like you are just trying so hard to look legit by posting those links but you didnt show any  proof that you actually have dealings with them.
