If this match is pursued and done, I think they can now pursue the Garcia match. 
I wonder if Garcia would still want Manny if Manny will destroy Spence. And if Manny loses in the Spence fight, the interest will also drop in his fight against Garcia, so I think what Garcia's camp is protecting here is the current value, or maybe they are just making news but their case is not really that strong.
It's an actual business that money talks and since if they've settled the issue and they're clear to fight, why not I think? But yeah, it's still going to depend with the offer or if they let their pride eat them then it's just a wish match up.
