It was reported before that Manny is asking too much against Crawford, but if he wins here, Bob Arum might go for that big asking because he knows Manny would attract big fights and fans are already allowed to watch in the arena.

It makes sense that Manny Pacquiao is asking a big amount of winnings against Crawford because even with the reputation of this boxer, the distance between him and Manny is also too much. Crawford would have a big paycheck just for accepting the fight. Manny is the one who will attract the most viewers and even sold out all tickets and PPVs.

It's also the same with the fight with Errol Spence as Manny will take the most percentage of revenues which it should be. Manny is close to retirement and he's just picking a worthy fight alongside big paychecks.
That’s why his previous agency sues him, because they’ve loss the opportunity to make that much money and now this fight is at risk if Manny can’t settle this. Manny has a good reputation and that’s why he’s asking for that huge money and he deserve it because of so many titles that he had. Whoever fights Manny, is already a big pleasure plus the money that they can get so it can still be a win win situation for both boxer.

Right, and they are asking for the advance payment only, I'm not sure if Manny has received that money or not though. Maybe he is and he can just return it back and then fight Crawford. Win or lose if they are still interested on Manny vs Garcia then that's another options as well. So yes, still a win win situation for anyone involved. It's just the question of money, we all know that in boxing, there's a lot of money involved and promoters is taking a risk, that's why when they heard that Manny vs Crawford is going to happen, they have to file a lawsuit and just try to recoup the money they have lost.
This a  mess already, if Manny didn't push this fight through then many agency will file a case against him. Imagine having a contract to fight Spence this time but since the law suit happened, there's a risk of not pushing this one and the other party will also ask for damages. In the first place, he should now ignore the contract his team are liable on this one, anyway still hoping for Manny to fight any boxer and see his fighting right before his retirement, money is what matters here, they can settle this.
I don't really think this match will be cancelled though there's still a chance but I'm sure the team of Manny is already working with this lawsuit to possible settle this and don't escalate anymore. Manny are confident that he'll fight Spence on August despite of his busy schedule as a politicians.
