It can mean two things, first you're prolly not checking your account properly, mind you that the reward would not just appear in your balance you'll need to claim it just by clicking a button (nothing else), just do the the rewards section of your account, scroll down, you'll see "special bonus/video review", then you can claim what you were rewarded with and it'll be instantaneously added to your visible balance.

The second thing it can mean is your video was rejected, try the first to see which of it is actually the problem, I think it'll definitely be the former
