Unfortunately this is not possible for Digital Gold team to help you directly with the exchange, but you need to be specific and when you say there is no help you need to add that this is the exchange support that is working bad. Many of us contacted Digital Gold team many times and we where always helped very fast and professional, at least i was and many other members thanked in this thread for the suport they get.

Would be great if you can answer to team questions and provide more details, i assume this is already resolved and you where only not patient enough, am I right?
