These sorts of ideas died about 8 years ago once it became obvious that 99% of the listings were completely made up to steal funds from users.  There's just no place for fundraising using this type of vetting process in crypto.  Founders really need to create something and prove that it is capable of generating funds before investors are likely to touch it with a ten foot pole.  There was a time when you could raise funds with a forum post, but not anymore.  You should spend your time trying to build a usable product as opposed to fundraising.
