The minimum bonus for hitting plat1 is $200 but the extra $170 is probably for losses during gold to plat. The special platinum 3 is more lucrative due to the perm reloads and VIP host. A few weeks ago, VIP host was for plat 2 too but they changed it to plat3 and in few months probably an extra million should be wagered for plat 4 in order to get a host and reloads.

This is news to me.
I remember reading a post about permanent reloads and questioned about it to my current vip host.
They said it was misread and did not work like what I thought it did when I explained it to him.
But then what else would it mean other than your amount of these reloads would not change not matter if you bet 1 satoshi or 1btc?
Atleast when platinum 3 is reached I could ask this question to them again so to clarify what does it actually mean.
